All our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Every new account gets its first 30 days free. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until your free month ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can download all your documents and case files during this period. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
No, court filing fees are separate and vary by court and case type. Our plan prices cover access to the Courtpath platform and features. Court filing fees are charged separately based on the court's fee schedule.
